New Year : 2022, with Emily in Paris

Love at the first scene with this one!

I made the right decision to celebrate my new year's eve and welcome 2022. Haven't seen any delightful, easy yet inspiring movie enough for these few moments. I love Emily in Paris since the first episode, Emily characters, the costume, the vibes, it just all good! Her character is the one I inspired the most. Her cheerful and creativity also her independence yet charming, soooo mindblowing. Also got a lil throwback to that moment when I was in college with Titis and Ajeng brought things about France and they introduced me to French movies with the sad or anti-climatic ending which as in Emily in Paris called by French Ending.

It took me back to my young self when I watch the series. The marketing communication thing, the fashion passion, and all the positive-independent character of her really mesmerized me! Those are the life I dreamt about. Start the series on Dec 31st, finish by tonight Jan 2nd, and obsessed with the 3rd session already!

Can't wait to see her!

A lil update about me, I'm starting to do journaling as a part of my healing process. And I am thankful to Rose who brings me the Self Hug Journal to make this resolution more real -yay! Wish I can pass this 2022 good, know myself deeper, and love myself better.

Happy New Year to you too! Cheers to the more wise and content human being of us.

After a long space.

Diantara banyaknya hari, sudah lama aku tidak benar-benar merasakan rasanya jatuh. Kali ini rasanya sangat indah sekaligus menyakitkan -mungkin karena sudah terlalu lama tidak. Aku jatuh pada hati yang salah, hati yang hanya menjadikanku tempat singgah beristirahat lalu diujung jalan berdalih sebagai kakak yang menyayangi adiknya -belakangan aku bahkan tak merasa dia menyayangiku sebagai adik. Dia ada saat aku bukanlah aku yang seharusnya, aku yang terpuruk dan hancur oleh diriku sendiri kala itu. Ntah ini hanya perspektifku yang naif, kadang kupikir dia hanya dipinjamkan Tuhan untukku di masa terpurukku, dan lalu sekarang aku tidak boleh serakah dan menyerahkannya kepada Afu yang sedang terpuruk juga.

Ya, sepertinya dia jatuh -perlahan namun semakin dalam- pada Andhyta F. Utami. Seseorang yang saat kau buka profil sosial medianya akan membuatmu berdecak kagum, untuk kasusku aku juga melakukan hal yang sama sekaligus membuatku merasa duniaku runtuh. Yang kucintai adalah The Nudibranch with a blue whale's heart bagi Afu. 

Perasaan tidak aman itu begitu menyiksaku, bagaimana aku secara sadar dan terang-terangan membandingkan diriku dengan Afu yang jelas-jelas tidak boleh kulakukan -atau siapapun lakukan. Tapi itu terus terjadi; bahwa aku tidak lebih pintar dan berprestasi darinya, aku tidak semenarik dirinya karena membuat mas pergi begitu saja setelah menghabiskan hampir 36 minggu bersama, aku tidak sebijak dan sedewasa dia, bahwa aku terlalu dangkal, dan menyedihkan. Logika ku mengatakan ini tidak sehat, tapi aku terus terpuruk di dalam pemikiran ini untuk beberapa saat. Ini patah hati yang juga menghancurkan kepercayaan diriku di level yang cukup tinggi. Aku kembali menghancurkan diriku sendiri.

Sampai aku berada di tahap mengikhlaskan yang mana ternyata mungkin belum sepenuhnya. Aku iri melihat mereka, tepatnya aku iri melihat mas begitu mendamba Afu : tidak sabar menunggu balasan chatnya, tidak bisa menahan senyum saat sedang chat dengannya, terlihat kesepian dan lelah namun begitu menerima chatnya bisa mendadak bersemangat, Afu adalah dunianya, sementara dia sempat menjadi duniaku (bahkan mungkin masih tapi aku hanya berusaha merasa tidak). Aku iri seolah semua orang berbahagia dan hanya aku yang tidak, walaupun aku tau tidak seperti itu kenyataannya. Kepribadianku senang memainkan peran sedih tak berkesudahan ntah kenapa, yang mana itu menyiksaku -juga.

Akankah aku menjadi cukup bagi seseorang suatu hari nanti? Akankah aku menjadi cukup untuk diriku sendiri tanpa harus kubandingkan dengan orang lain? Akankah aku menjadi dunia seseorang yang adalah duniaku suatu hari nanti? Manusia terlalu serakah, aku seharusnya bersyukur karena masih bisa merasakan lagi jatuh seperti ini. Tetapi yang kulakukan adalah terus berharap dia akan melihatku suatu hari nanti.

Aku tahu, suatu hari nanti rasa ini akan pergi. Dan aku akan baik-baik saja.

You might wondering how i spent the #88LoveLifeSOIREE because i won blog competition for #88LoveLife readers from Diana Rikasari like i wrote in this blog post. Buttt... there are no stories 😭😭😭 because i cannot go to that event.

The story begin with my boyfie that comin to town in Thursday, May 12nd. So after my happy post on Tuesday, a couple of days, he was coming and make me happier. I was picked him up on the bus station and everything went well. Until the next day after, after we spent a night watching AADC 2, i feel my pain in the ass like getting worse. It's really a pain in the ass, yea it's hemmorhoid. Mine is external hemmorhoid. So, around 11pm something, my boy drive me to the hospital, and there the doctor said i need to take surgery soon. I wish i could get the surgery on Saturday but unlucky me, it's possible to do in Monday. 

Finally i spent my weekend on the hospital and cancelled to go to #88LoveLifeSOIREE and only see all the pic from Kak Diana's IG and Denia's IG 😭😭

I never be in hospital as a patient in my whole life, and once i become a patient, it takes a lot of painful and strikely break my dreams to meet kak Diana also inhibit me for doing my thesis. With all those painful feeling, i promise will eat fruit and veggie more, less spicy food, and more water for sure. Doctor said my hemmorhoid is on stage III, and even thou it already taken, but if i did not change my food habit, i might come again.. 😣😷 oh please i won't let that happen again.

There are moreeee social media nowadays!
The famous one is Snapchat.

Thank you to Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy, and Reggie Brown for create this such a thing.
From the famous Facebook which we can upload words, picture, until video, then the others platform that also famous is Twitter which more focus in words that called tweet. Until Instagram for those who love visual more than words, cause it's focus in picture and video.

Then in 2011, Snapchat was released and become a thing these days. This platform is more like Instagram that focused on visualize (picture and video), but the thing is, if you uploaded pic or vid in 'Story' (it's kinda 'Home' on Facebook), they just lasting for 24 hours, and you can see who and howmany people seen your story.

The most i like about snapchat is, they have many kind of filter. There is Geofilter its kinda filter that can fit your area (psst.. now there is On-Demand Geofilter), the cute one is face filter, which regularly change. The basic filter actually are clock, temperature, speed, bw, vintage, vignette, brighter, and for video there are slo-mo, fast foward, super fast foward, and rewind.

For you who doesn't Snapchat yet, you have to try this platform. The next step is... add me as a friend!! Yay.. *maksa 😝

Throwback Moment

It's a little throwback moment, when i did my first interview to Ersa Adiprasetya a.k.a Echa from Hey Echa ! for my final assignment which is not finished yet till now *drooling eyes*.
Anyway, this interview held in Lokal Hotel & Restaurant which lately known for AADC 2 shoot location.

A little review, i love all the menu here, because its taste good and not so expensive. I might loved to stay to their hotel too, because beside the colorful-abstract wallpaper, i just loved the architechture and design of the room type B or as known as Mezzanine Type. Its unique yet modern with its two floor in a room. I think i'm gonna make a bedroom like this hotel room someday :p

i never found a hotel room like this! They arrange iPhone 5 speakers & charger dock, so modern tho..

cozy and large living room. The most lovely patternize floor.

mini space for the working desk. pst, this room type having its own pool-view balcony. WOW!

Anyway, i also want to share some pic of mine and Echa 😄😄😄

I love all the dessert here too, on the picture above is Mint Mojito and sweet dessert (i'm forget the name 😁 ) consist of apple from malang, with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream...

Thank God, it's #88LoveLifeSOIREE

Yesterday, was Monday, 9th May. As a monday, it must be a busy day. I still have responsibility as judges Liaison Officer of TATCC 2016 event on Sunday. Started the day with drove Coach Annie (Owner The A Team Cheerleading Company) to the airport with kak Sony (as second judge) on 8.00am, then accompany kak Sony strolling around Malioboro while waiting his train on 2.40pm. After doing farewell with my last judge, means my duty as judges LO is almost done (wait.. another job is preparing the financial accountability to my chairman of this event). After that, i helped my friend from Timika to do some Cash on Delivery. Because as a buyer (he bought a mobile phone), he's too far to checked up the phone directly, so there i go to helped him. After all the checklist done, suddenly I remind that the #88LoveLifeBlogCompetition is over, and maybe they already announce the winner! So....here is the big thrilling moment, i checked out the winners announcement on kak Diana instagram..

Yayyyy... i'm one of the winner! How excited i was when i read the announcement yesterday. But then, i decided to strolling this 9 ladies blogs that will be my Soiree-mate and give a little 'hello'. I believed, Kak Diana and kak Dinda, choose them all because they are wonderfull as kak Di mentioned above. Anddd.. they do wonderful! i read all them blog post about #88LoveLife review, they even better than me, they trully inspired by kak Diana thought a lot, and into kak Dinda illustrations so much. They just like me, a big fan of kak Di thought, some of them already followed kak Diana blog career since the beginning.

I'm so EXCITED! i wondering we'll have our chit chat together and maybe we can make friend in Jogja. Or maybe, what if we build Kak Diana fan base in Jogja? nice idea huh?

Okay then, i'll give you my best damn report after the Soiree! Thanks for my buddies that support me thru this competition, it mean a lot to me! :)

Up and Down, Just Get Up Stand Up!

When i see around, and found that all my girls are one step even two or three steps ahead. That's the moment when i feel so down, but in the other side i'm happy to see them happy and become a great woman in career or anything.

I realize this is my own problem and this is happen because of my fault too, so i have to bear the risk. I still have many lovely people around me that always cheer me up and give me their positive ion. So what i need to do now is get up, stand up, and cheer up! :)

So the first step is maybe i need an ice cream and i can feel better :)

When a friend of mine give me #30DaysChallenge on Path, and the 5th day topic was about something yellow. Then i remember my fave movie that released in 2006 with Amarillys Campos (Roselyn Sànchez) as the main character. One thing that touched my heart is about the yellow poem, i dont know why i just love it..

Bagi Calon Pemimpin Negeri

Liriknya cantik, barisnya menarik. Cukup tajam walau ia hanya diam. Puisi ini diciptakan oleh Taufiq Ismail untuk memperingati hari ulang tahun Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono yang ke 62 yang jatuh pada tanggal  9 September 2011. 

Mendengar puisi ini dalam sebuah tv show comedy di salah satu stasiun tv swasta. Dan aku berminat mencari versi lengkapnya untuk dicatatkan dalam jurnal pribadi ini. Tak mudah ditemukan hingga aku menjumpainya dalam catatan jelajah sebuah langkah kecil milik bu Tatty Elmir. Terima kasih bu :)

"Do What Makes You Happy" - Alejandro Giraldo

About three days ago, accidentaly i found some of cute arts made by Alejandro Giraldo. Maybe i'm not too understand about art, i just a random person whom adore art it self. And when i see Giraldo's drawings, i just love it. It looks fun with the colorful cartoon and many of them are consist of pattern.

So i decide to know him (and his other artworks) more by googling, then i found his site on www.alejogiraldo.com . He is an illustrator and Art Director from Medellín - Colombia whom running his own clothing line named Velmos and for this moment he is a freelance in a different projects.

In first impression of his drawings i thought they are young, free, and fun. It also reflected from Giraldo's website favicon that using turquoise anchor and using sailor theme which sailor hat as his web symbol. If you observe more, some of his drawings also about pirates & sailor. But the half side, he also like to draws animals. Yup, definitely some cute animals! 

I also loved one of his personal project, that using "Do What Makes You Happy" as theme project. Here i'll show you some of his drawings and i just love them all.

Well, do you agree with me that Giraldo's drawings are cool? :D The last i wanna share to you about him is that i loved not only the drawings but also the message from each picture. How he try to tell us, that you have to recognize who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to do in your life, so just do what makes you happy. Also i learned about fighting my own fear, we are young and there's much hope to brighten your life. So cheer up guys, lets fight together :)

Accidentally #ootd

Refer to this (highly) awesome fashion blogger, i am more addicted to fashion!

They do boosted my mood and makes me more confident as i am one of the curvy girl who likes fashion and feeling better to express it into fashion dairy. Just because feeling shy and not too confy expose my curve body (and also my bad english as you can see :p), i discourage my self to post about my daily style here. 

And thank to one of my friend Merio Falindra which is refering me to this site, so it opened my eyes that fashion bloging not only for those who slim enough. So here is my first outfit post, that accidentally captured by my friend. Start with casual outfit, i'll better improve my mood and get dress more often.

Yes, it's true :')

Waktu tidak akan membuatmu bertahan dengan dirimu yang dulu. 'Dulu' adalah kata bagi mereka yang 'kini' mengatakan bahwa kamu telah berbeda.  Sebenarnya tidak ada yang salah dengan perubahan.. Mungkin semuanya akan (nampak) salah ketika kamu bertemu orang 'dulu' di masa 'kini' dan menemukan bahwa kalian tak lagi sejalan. Dimana apa yang tersimpan dalam ingatanmu adalah masa dahulu, dan ternyata di masa kini tak lagi sama. Semuanya akan nampak salah, saat ekspektasimu akan memori itu mencuat keluar dan ternyata ekspektasi itu dilanggar.. Dan sejujurnya, bagiku tidak ada yang bisa disalahkan. Kalian hanya tumbuh dengan kadar yang berbeda.. Mungkin bukan hanya dia yang berubah, kamupun berubah. Waktu merubah kamu, dia, kita.. Lingkungan merubah kamu, dia, kita.. Permasalahan yang kita hadapi juga merubah kita, banyak faktor.. yang mampu mengubah kita.. Kalaupun itu harus berubah, dan harus tak sejalan.. Biarlah, ikhlaskan. Yang terpenting bukan sosok yang tak sejalan. THE STORY BEGIN

Yogyakarta, 1st June 2013. Finally Sekar Kinanti made it! She celebrated her master with her teachers friend! Guess what subjects they taught.

One day, Sekar jammed with the headmaster. They have same interest in music. They played guitar ensemble!

They attracted to each other and started to fall in love. The sweetest story in the school was about to begin..

Other teachers catched them!

Then, they personally asking Sekar to clarify about that affair rumor.. They are pretty mad not because the rumor, but because Sekar don't tell them about this. As bestfriends, they want to know everything about each other first..

But Finally, they know that's not good to ruin the happy day, so.. they just put the smile on their face and Sekar feeling relieved..
